    What people usually ask us.

    Do people need to download an app?

    Not necessarily. There are three options: integrate it into the app your club, centre or federation already has, publish a new app with your brand on the App Store and Google Play, or a web app opened with a QR code, with nothing to download.

    Does it work for a sports centre and for a federation too?

    Yes. The same technology works for a centre or club with its members, for a federation with athletes, officials and clubs, or for a competition with its fans. You define the places and roles, and everyone sees their own.

    What does the AI assistant do?

    It answers with your centre’s or federation’s information (timetables, services, rules, results) and also acts: bookings, registrations or admin tasks from within the chat. Because it knows who each person is and where they are, every answer is the right one for them.

    Does it also work outside my facilities?

    Yes. You define the places: your centre and each of its spaces, but also the beach, a championship host city or a stadium. And between seasons or competitions, the community stays on the same channel.

    Does it integrate with what I already use?

    Yes. It integrates with any tool you already use: membership management, bookings, access control, registrations, results, CRM or anything else. Your systems stay the same.

    What data do I get?

    Everything that happens digitally, tied to each place and moment: active users, usage of each space, heat maps, bookings, questions to the assistant, participation in surveys and votes, notices opened and sponsor activations. You see it by profile, by space, by day or by competition, live and afterwards.
