By accessing or using the PLACENET mobile application, the User accepts all the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Use of the Application

PLACENET offers location-based services to display relevant nearby information and services, such as restaurants, hotels, ATMs, gas stations, among others.

The User agrees to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Use of Location

By using the application, the User expressly consents to the access and processing of their geolocation data via GPS, Wi-Fi, or other location technologies. This data is used exclusively to provide the application's services and improve the User experience.

5. User Responsibility

The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for maintaining the security of their device. The User also assumes responsibility for any unauthorized use of the application made from their device.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the application and its content (including texts, images, trademarks, logos, software, and design) belong to PLACENET or are duly licensed. The User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit such content without express written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

PLACENET shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the application. The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without explicit or implicit warranties.

8. Modification of Terms

PLACENET reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be published in the application and/or on the official website. Continued use of the application implies acceptance of the updated conditions.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
