    What people usually ask us.

    Do people need to download an app?

    Not necessarily. There are three options: build it into your event's existing app, publish a new branded app on the App Store and Google Play, or a web app opened with a QR code, with nothing to download.

    Does MICENET work with my event app?

    Yes, it’s compatible: it can run on its own or inside the app you already have. Even so, we recommend using Placenet MICE as the foundation for your event: it isn’t essential, but it greatly improves the experience, because Placenet knows where each person is and who they are, which enables things other apps or integrations can’t offer.

    Does it integrate with my registration, ticketing or CRM?

    Yes. It integrates with any tool you already use: registration, ticketing, access control, CRM or anything else. Your systems stay the same.

    What data do I get?

    Everything that happens digitally, tied to each place and moment: attendance by room and by talk, venue heat maps, meetings and contacts generated with MICENET, visits and leads for each exhibitor, questions and polls, opened notifications and activity peaks. See it by zone, by profile, by day or by edition, live and afterwards.
