    What people usually ask us.

    Do people need to download an app?

    Not necessarily. There are three options: build it into your event's existing app, publish a new branded app on the App Store and Google Play, or a web app opened with a QR code, with nothing to download.

    Does it integrate with my ticketing or access control?

    Yes. It integrates with any tool you already use: ticketing, access control, CRM or anything else. Your systems stay the same.

    Does it work for an event spread across a city?

    Yes. Every place at the event has its own digital space, whether it's in one venue, at several points around the city or along a route.

    What data do I get?

    Everything that happens digitally, tied to each place and moment: how many people are in each zone in real time, event heatmaps, entries and capacity, which apps are used most, participation in games and voting, bookings and queues, what people ask the AI assistant most, notifications sent and opened, incidents and how they're resolved, and activity peaks by hour. You see it by zone, by profile, by day or by edition, live and afterwards.
