A smart city is not just sensors, data and infrastructure.
It is a truly connected city. Placenet switches on services, content and communications only when the citizen or visitor is physically in the place, adapted to who they are and what is happening.
The internet gives us access to everything, but without the context of the place.
Much of the content is not relevant to the person or to the space they are in. Traditional parks are held back by static design, a lack of connectivity, and challenges around participation and safety.
The park informs, connects, protects and improves.
Parc d'Orriols is organised into modules that can be switched on by area and profile: families with children, young people, older people and young children.
AI assistant
Answers, advises and recommends by profile and area, using the park's knowledge base.
Contextual chats
Group and private chats between people in the same space, with verified managers.
Wall and local shops
Announcements, ratings and proposals from users, managers and nearby shops.
Guard
Geolocated safety: alerts, accidents and warnings that can connect to the police or 112.
Maintenance
Damage reports with automatic location, sent straight to the right department.
Analytics
Anonymised metrics on visits, times, content and visiting patterns.

From proposal to prototype.

The park is a node of the city.
A park that talks to its citizens and to the city.
Let's design the roll-out for your parks and public spaces together.
