F1 Barcelona Fan Village 2026
Registration, access and the whole on-site experience in a single web app, integrated with the Axess turnstiles.

The official fan zone of the Grand Prix.
Five days of activities, brand activations, food and a concert, with an international audience from 98 countries. Access to the venue was controlled by turnstiles from Axess, the event's access control provider.
From several separate flows to a single QR code.
Registration, ticket generation, access control and venue content existed as separate pieces. The goal: from a single QR code, fans would register, generate their ticket, pass through the turnstiles and, once inside, unlock the whole digital experience.
A single web app to register, get in and experience the Fan Village.
A single QR code: registration and ticket
From one QR code, fans registered and generated their digital ticket. No apps to install and no box office queues.
Access integrated with Axess
The same QR code was validated at the Axess turnstiles. Web app and physical access control in a single flow.
The whole experience, only inside
Once access was validated, information, the schedule, quizzes, queue management and activations connected in real time to the giant screen were unlocked.
A place-aware experience
Outside the venue, the web app showed only the tickets. Inside, it became the complete event guide.
What it looked like on the phone.

Five days with a digital layer connecting every booking, every entry and every interaction.
88% of tickets were validated with the web app's digital QR code, with no paper and no box office.
The case on video.
Playing it will load YouTube, which may set third-party cookies.
A web app with nothing to download, integrated with access control.
