Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention Policy
Placenet IoP, published on Google Play by the developer Placenet (Placenet Internet of Places, S.L.), is committed to maintaining a safe digital environment and has a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Placenet IoP strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, sexual solicitation, sextortion involving minors, and any content or behavior that facilitates, promotes or encourages child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is explicitly prohibited on Placenet IoP. Any user who uploads, shares, requests or links to such content, or who attempts to contact a minor for sexual purposes, will have their account permanently removed.
These restrictions apply to all interactions, communications and user-generated content within the application.
Users can report any profile, message or content directly from Placenet IoP via the “Report” option on profiles and chats, and can block other users at any time. Child safety reports are reviewed with the highest priority.
Users may also contact our designated child safety representative to report suspected child exploitation or abuse.
Placenet is committed to reviewing child safety reports and taking appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and its published standards. This includes removing prohibited content, restricting or suspending accounts where appropriate, and reporting confirmed illegal material to the relevant authorities as required by law, such as the Spanish National Police and Guardia Civil, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Placenet IoP is committed to complying with applicable child protection laws and regulations, including the handling and reporting of confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to competent authorities.
